Plan Your Trip
A private review to refine the structure, pace, and feel of your trip.
Ever spent days researching and planning a trip but still felt like something was missing? Even well-researched trips can still feel incomplete or slightly off.
The wrong location, hotels that don’t suit your personality, or an itinerary that looks right on paper but leaves you feeling exhausted.
This is where an external, more experienced perspective can make the difference.
Travel Design Review
Your Travel Design Brief covers the full shape of your trip: how it opens, where it breathes, and where it risks tipping into exhaustion. I’ll look at your hotel choices in the context of how you actually travel, not just star ratings or review scores. Having assessed luxury properties across Europe, the Middle East and the Indian ocean, I know the difference between a hotel that photographs well and one that will genuinely suit you.
Where adjustments are needed, I’ll explain what to change and why. The aim is to refine what’s already there, without adding a lot more. This is not a full itinerary service. It’s a more experienced perspective that’s focused on structure, clarity and the overall feel of a trip.
Who it’s for
For travellers who:
have started planning but want to refine their trip
are unsure about hotel choices or location
feel their itinerary is too crammed, or not working well
want a calmer, more structured approach
How it works
You share your plans through a short planning brief- a few focused questions about your trip and more importantly, what a truly successful vacation would feel like for you. I review everything in detail and return your Brief within seven days. Enough time to read it properly, sit with it, and return to your plans with fresh eyes.
I take on a limited number of reviews each month, as each one deserves proper attention. If you're considering a review, I recommend reaching out at least three months before your departure.
